Complaints Process

Biripi ACMC takes complaints seriously, the Board of Directors accept that lessons are to be learned from complaints and our services can be improved from your feedback.  Your complaint will be treated confidentially, and you will receive acknowledgement of your complaint and the action that will be taken within 21 days of receiving your complaint.

I would also like to pay respect to the elders past and present We respect and honour Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on this land.
